Privacy and platform data

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FlixTera and FlixTera Social Publisher collect, use, store, share and delete information when you use our website, publishing tools, applications and integrations with YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.

1. Scope and service operator

FlixTera provides movie and TV discovery information, application resources and social publishing tools. FlixTera Social Publisher helps authorized users prepare, upload, schedule and publish their own content to social accounts they control.

For privacy questions or requests, email mahatours11.00@gmail.com. Never send a password, access token or API key by email.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Email address and information included in support or contact requests.
  • Videos, images, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, schedules and publishing preferences you submit.
  • Account connection choices and settings selected inside the publisher.

Technical information

  • IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages and security logs.
  • Essential session data used for authentication, fraud prevention and form security.
  • Publishing responses such as platform post identifiers, processing state and error messages.
We do not ask for or store your YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook password. Connections are made through the platform's official authorization process.

3. Connected-platform information

Google and YouTube

When you authorize YouTube, we process OAuth authorization credentials and the limited information needed to upload videos to the YouTube channel you select. Our current publishing function requests the youtube.upload permission so the application can upload and manage videos it publishes on your behalf. We may retain upload response information such as the resulting video identifier, visibility choice and processing status.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, unrelated profiling or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Information obtained from Google APIs is handled according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

TikTok

When you authorize TikTok, we may process your TikTok Open ID, basic profile information such as display name and avatar, creator posting capabilities, available privacy options, authorization credentials and the status of videos uploaded or published through the Content Posting API. We use only the permissions you approve, which may include user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish.

Instagram and Meta

When you authorize an eligible Instagram Professional account, we may process the Instagram account identifier, basic business or creator profile information, authorization credentials, media container or post identifiers, captions and publishing status. Permissions may include the basic account and content-publishing permissions approved for the integration. We do not read private messages or manage comments unless that feature is clearly offered and separately authorized.

4. How we use information

We do not sell connected-platform data or use it for third-party advertising.

5. When information is shared

Content and required metadata are sent to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram only to perform the publishing action you authorized. We may also use infrastructure providers that support hosting, encrypted secret storage, automation, security and error monitoring. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not disclose OAuth credentials to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Storage, security and retention

We use HTTPS, access controls and secret-management systems designed to protect authorization credentials. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but access is limited to the systems and people needed to operate the service.

7. Access revocation and data deletion

You can stop future platform access by disconnecting the account in FlixTera Social Publisher or revoking authorization in the relevant platform settings:

To request deletion of data held by FlixTera, email mahatours11.00@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Identify the connected platform and the email or public username needed to locate the connection. Do not include passwords or tokens. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data. We will delete or de-identify eligible connected-platform data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days after a verified request or in-service revocation, subject only to information we must retain under applicable law.

Deleting information stored by FlixTera does not delete videos or other data already stored by YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. Content already published must be deleted using the destination platform or an authorized tool that supports content deletion.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. You may also withdraw platform authorization at any time. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically delete posts already published to a platform.

9. Children

The publishing service is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet the minimum age and account requirements of every connected platform.

10. International processing and policy changes

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers or connected platforms operate. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for international transfers. We may update this Policy when our service, integrations or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page, and material changes may require renewed consent.
